Family Fest at LEIBER Poland
On June 14, 2025, the LEIBER Poland facility in Ruda Śląska hosted its traditional Family Fest for employees and their families. This special event, which has been strengthening the bonds within our company community for years, attracted great interest and enthusiastic participation from all attendees.
The fest provided a unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of our daily operations. Guests toured the production facility and learned about the advanced technologies and innovative solutions that distinguish LEIBER Poland in the market. Younger attendees enjoyed a wide range of entertainment, including creative activities with professional entertainers, face painting, bubble shows, and balloon art.
A highlight of the day was the recognition of our long-serving employees, honored with anniversary awards for 10 and 20 years of service. Special thanks were also extended to participants of the "I Have an Idea" program, which supports innovative initiatives that improve daily work.
This year’s Family Fest had a special significance, as we also celebrated the 30th anniversary of LEIBER Poland. This milestone gave us a moment to reflect on our journey, marked by continuous investment in technology, infrastructure, and quality.
With delicious food, live music, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, the event once again proved that LEIBER Poland is more than a reliable employer — it’s a vibrant community built on mutual respect, teamwork, and shared values.
