Forged or milled? Forged parts become cost-effective when tooling and machining costs can be amortised – typically starting from several hundred or thousand units. Below that threshold, milling from a solid aluminium block is often more efficient. No matter which method you choose, our AluBility® delivers performance – right from the very first part.
