The forging process requires a great deal of knowledge and experience. LEIBER has both of these which means that we are able to make the highest quality aluminium parts in both small and large runs.

The key to a good product is reliable equipment that is at least as good as the product itself. That's why LEIBER places the highest value on the design and manufacture of production tooling which will produce a precise result time after time.

Once the order has been placed, the design process for the required equipment begins. The required stages of the forging process are tested virtually, both during and after the fabrication process. State-of-the-art processing and testing equipment, measurement devices and equipment for high-pressure or electrochemical deburring are also fabricated.

We have a range of different technologies available to us for the manufacture of the equipment with its complex geometries. The precisely dimensioned moulds and equipment are hard-machined using the latest high-speed cutting machines (HSC).
