WE MAKE SHORT WORK OF LONG PROCESSES

Milling, turning, forming, processing. Our flexible machinery enables us to complete an enormous range of jobs cost effectively and rapidly. We master series or small batch production with great commitment and reliability. There's a reason why LEIBER is known around the world as an expert supplier of processed aluminium parts and assemblies.

We use multi-spindle technology with linear drives and linked production lines for medium and small series or rapid vertical processing centres for flexible handling. Processing takes place on 4 or 5 axes.

Depending on the batch size, the machines are either loaded by hand or partially/fully automated. In one-piece flow, auxiliary activities such as high pressure washing, electrochemical deburring, ultrasound cleaning or assembly tasks are carried out in parallel to the primary processing.

Modern, rapid, economical. In order to enable, develop and construct the means for processing on our production machines, we produce the latest tooling for our forged aluminium parts. A range of factors play a decisive role here, such as the tension of the workpiece. Our many years of experience and the precise construction of the tools mean that we are able to reduce production costs and make subsequent processing more efficient.

We are always improving these tools thanks to new findings and demands, making our production processes even more efficient.
